The Opportunity 💭

AMO Group, newly established and ready to make a big impact for creative talent and development organisations in Aotearoa, needed an online hub to showcase their ecosystem to both national and international partners. As a key player in attracting international productions to Aotearoa NZ, it was crucial to create a space that reflected their dynamic brand while balancing professionalism with creativity.

What We Did 🪄

We started with a subdued professional theme, but after the first review, we realised we needed to inject the site with more animations and creativity so that it didn’t feel static. Initially, we found it challenging to simplify the complex range of information, but we worked well with the AMO team to present this in a clear and straightforward way. Blending the initial site draft with the final AMO brand was a fun and collaborative process.

What We’re Proudest Of 💛

We learnt a huge amount as a team through this project, representing our first time working with such a large campaign and organisation. We love the animated aspects which Harrison learnt from scratch for this project, especially the pop-out video on the homepage! This project marked the beginning of bringing more custom code into our projects, to allow our partners complete personalisation of their online home.
